Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions of Sale are applicable to all products and games sold by Pinball Dream. By purchasing any item from our website or physical store locations, the Purchaser (Buyer) consents to all terms specified below.
One Year Limited Warranty
House of Pinball provides a One Year Limited Warranty on both new and refurbished products. This warranty encompasses:
Telephone diagnosis and repair.
Replacement of defective components for a duration of up to one year following the receipt of the machine.
Labor coverage for the initial service call within the first 30 days after receipt.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not extend to:
Abuse, misuse, or unauthorized repairs or relocation of the item.
Pinball machines produced prior to 1990.
Items utilized in non-residential environments or rental properties.
Items designated as “as is” in the product description.
Coin mechanisms, which are not included with purchases and are not covered under warranty.
Product Setup
Pinball Dream disclaims responsibility for any damage resulting from improper setup. If setup is conducted by House of Pinball or its authorized representatives, we accept no liability for damage to the item or the premises, including walls, doors, doorways, flooring, or any other areas impacted during delivery and setup.
Delivery Times
Pinball Dream does not provide guarantees regarding delivery times. Estimated delivery times may vary based on:
Payment method and processing duration.
Product availability.
Turnaround times of the shipping company.
Shipping Address Requirements:
The shipping address provided must be accessible by an 18-wheeler semi-truck.
Should the address be inaccessible, any additional charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
Customers must ensure that the delivery location can accommodate the dimensions of the product.
If an item is returned due to inaccessibility, it will be treated as a refusal of delivery and will be subject to a partial refund as specified in the Returns and Cancellations Policy.
Product Inspection
Customers are required to:
Unpack and inspect items immediately upon receipt in the presence of the shipper.
Document any damage on the shipper’s paperwork and promptly contact House of Pinball to report any issues.
Minor scratches or nicks resulting from packaging and transit are regarded as normal wear and do not justify refusal of delivery or return of the product.
Drop-Shipping and Consignment
Pinball Dream retains the authority to process orders via third-party providers, with products dispatched directly from these vendors. Sellers on consignment may choose to remain anonymous and are considered silent participants in the transaction. Any effort to reach out to these suppliers will lead to a final sale without warranty (as-is).
Prices
Prices may fluctuate without prior notice due to market changes.
Written quotes are valid for 24 hours from the time of issuance and may be altered or revoked with verbal or written notification during that timeframe.
All quotations and prices are subject to modification based on new specifications, alterations, quantities, shipping methods, or other conditions not included in the initial quote.
Returns and Cancellations
To obtain a full refund, orders must be canceled in writing via email to info@thepinballdreams.com within 24 hours of purchase.
Authorized returns or cancellations will incur a restocking fee of up to 25%, in addition to shipping and return shipping charges.
Refusing to accept delivery will result in a refund of 50% of the purchase price, less any applicable shipping and storage fees.
Legal Fees
Pinball Dream reserves the right to recover all reasonable costs and expenses associated with collecting unpaid amounts from the Purchaser. This includes, but is not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees. Non-payment may lead to the suspension of future deliveries.
Agreement to Terms
By completing a purchase, the Purchaser (Buyer) affirms that they have read, comprehended, and accepted all terms, conditions, and store policies detailed in this document.
The Purchaser (Buyer) also consents that this agreement, along with any disputes arising from it, shall be governed by the relevant laws.
