At Pinball Dreams, the careful packaging and shipping of our products to our customers remain of the essence. Below are the steps we follow to ensure that the product reaches you in a professional manner.

New Machines

New pinball machines will be shipped in their original manufactured box and secured to a pallet for transportation.

Used Machines

All used pinball machines are carefully stacked onto pallets and then properly wrapped in cardboard to protect the cabinet of the machine. The machine is then secured onto the pallet to prevent any movement during transit.

During shipment, the balls are taken out of the machine in order to avoid any damages that they may cause while loose inside it. All the balls, keys, power cords, leg bolts, and manuals go into the coin box and are zip-tied inside the machine. The machine is now ready for packaging and shipment.

Shipping Quotes

Shipping quotes vary with carriers and range in price from local dock delivery to shipping directly to your door. If you would like a shipping quote, include your address and zip code.

Returns & Cancellations

Because we begin preparing items for shipment immediately after an order is placed, to be eligible for a full refund, we require cancellations in writing by email to info@thepinballdreams.com within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations and returns approved by Pinball Dreams. will also face a restocking fee of up to 15%, be responsible for shipping costs, as well as return shipping costs. In cases where delivery of product has been refused, we will return 50% of the purchase price to the customer, less any costs related to shipping and storage.
