Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange.
Return Policy
Please inspect your item to ensure that no damage occurred during delivery before signing for its receipt. If the item does not meet your expectations, you may refuse the delivery, and the item will be returned for a full refund along with the shipping costs.

For items sent to a depot, customers should contact us within 7 days of discovering any damage to the item. You will need to provide photographic evidence of the damaged item.

For items that do not match the description on our website, you are encouraged to inform us of the actual condition or shape of the item within 7 days of receiving it. If we cannot reach an agreement regarding its retention, you are entitled to return the item for a full refund.
Refunds
Customers are recommended to take photographic evidence of each item prior to returning it, as items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Once your return has been received and examined, we will inform you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If your refund is approved, the payment will be processed using the original payment method, and you will receive your refund within 3 banking days.

If your refund is denied, we will provide reasons for the decision, which you may contest.
